The basics

irontyres.co.uk is operated by Iron Stable Ltd (Company No. 17061294), trading as Iron Tyres.

This page covers what you can and can't do on the site. Use it to find tyres for your bike, place orders, and contact us. Don't use it for anything else on the list below.

What's not allowed

• Anything illegal under UK law.
• Reselling or redistributing our product data, images, or copy without written permission. Our catalogue is curated. The work behind it is ours.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading. Search-engine bots are welcome and follow our robots.txt; everything else needs permission.
• Attacks on the site or its infrastructure — denial of service, attempts to bypass authentication, probing for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.
• Uploading viruses, malware, or anything designed to interfere with the site or other users.
• Impersonating us, our staff, our fulfilment partner, or anyone else.
• Using the contact form, email, or phone number to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
• Reverse-engineering or copying our brand, logo, or visual identity.

Security research

If you've found a vulnerability, we'd like to know. Email security@irontyres.co.uk with the detail. Don't post it publicly first. Don't probe customer data. If you can demonstrate the issue without touching anything personal, do.

Suspension

We can suspend or close any account that breaches this policy without notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders, block IP addresses, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
