Who we are

Iron Tyres is a trading name of Iron Stable Ltd (Company No. 17061294), registered at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Iron Stable Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped by our fulfilment partner, SK Motorcycles Ltd trading as Iron City Motorcycles, an authorised motorcycle dealer in Leeds.

What we collect

• Order details — name, delivery address, billing address, email, phone.
• Payment data — processed directly by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Account data, if you create one — email and a hashed password.
• Vehicle data, if you use the fitment finder — make, model, year. Stored against your account if signed in, otherwise local to your browser.
• Usage data — pages visited, search terms, anonymised IP. Only collected if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and dispatching orders.
• Customer support — replying to enquiries, returns, warranty claims.
• Fraud and order verification.
• Improving the site — aggregated analytics only, no profiling.

Lawful basis

Order processing relies on the contract you enter when you buy. Marketing emails (if you opt in) rely on consent. Analytics cookies rely on consent. Fraud prevention and accounting records rely on legitimate interest and legal obligation.

Who we share it with

• Iron City Motorcycles (SK Motorcycles Ltd) — for fulfilment.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• DPD, Royal Mail, and other couriers — for delivery.
• Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active — close it and we delete the profile within 30 days. Analytics data has a 14-month retention window.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (within the limits of records we're legally required to keep), object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@irontyres.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
