Returns & refunds

If a tyre isn't right for your bike, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. There's one rule that catches people out, so it sits at the top.

A tyre that's been fitted cannot be returned

Once a tyre is mounted on a wheel, the bead seats and the casing flexes. We can't sell it again. Check the size, speed rating, and load index before the fitter starts work.

Standard returns (14 days)

Within 14 days of delivery you can return any unfitted tyre, tube, valve, or accessory provided it's:

  • Unused and unfitted.
  • In its original packaging with manufacturer labels intact.
  • Free of marks, scuffs, road or shop dust.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price. Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Return postage is at your expense unless we sent the wrong thing or the item arrived faulty.

How to start a return

Returns are handled through your account. Raising a ticket gives us your order number, the item, and your reason in one place — and gives you a written record of the conversation.

  1. Log in and raise a support ticket under the category Return or refund.
  2. Include your order reference and the item(s) you're sending back.
  3. We'll reply with a return reference and confirm the address.
  4. Mark the reference clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  5. Use a tracked, insured service. Tyres are bulky. Protect them in transit.

Wait for the return reference before posting. It's how we identify your parcel and process the refund quickly.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before dispatch. Email us and we'll refund in full. After dispatch, treat it as a return.

If the order qualified for free shipping and the cancellation drops the total below the threshold, the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within seven working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Allow up to 21 days end-to-end including bank processing time.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

Inspect your parcel at delivery. If a tyre arrives with sidewall damage, transit cuts, or anything that wasn't there when it left us, photograph it before unpacking further and email us the same day. We'll arrange collection and either replace or refund.

If we sent the wrong product, the wrong size, or a mismatched pair (different DOT codes when you ordered a matched set), we cover the return shipping and ship the correct item or refund.

Manufacturer warranty

All tyres carry the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a fault appears in normal use, raise it with us first. We coordinate the warranty claim with the importer and arrange replacement if accepted.

Warranty does not cover wear, kerbing damage, punctures, incorrect fitting, or use beyond the tyre's load and speed ratings.

Statutory rights

None of the above limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
