The 260/40-18 is the widest fitment Pirelli builds for the Diablo PowerCruiser, made for fat-rear muscle customs and big V-twins like the Diavel. The trick with a 260 is getting it to turn at all. Pirelli's profile lets the tyre fall into a lean and hold a line instead of standing the bike upright mid-corner. Flash-groove tread cuts through standing water, so wet roundabouts stay predictable. A stiff carcass keeps the profile square under the torque of a big twin, so hard drive out of a corner doesn't squirm the back end. The compound warms fast and grips from the first set of traffic lights.
