Metzeler kept the crown rounded rather than slab-flat, so it tips into a turn instead of standing the bike up mid-corner. The radial carcass carries the weight of a fully dressed machine without going vague on long sweepers. Sweeping water grooves clear standing water and give that signature drag-strip look fast customs are after. The 84V load and speed rating handles the heat a heavy V-twin puts through a rear.
